IRISTECH - A Web based automated technical evaluation tool

Iris has developed a web based technical evaluation tool set, IRISTECH, which enables it to evaluate prospective employees on various skills.

IRISTECH is quite comprehensive in its coverage whereby it provides technical evaluation for over 50 skills. The testing methodology encompasses in depth understanding on both practical and theoretical aspects of all skills. The method of scoring is computed using a percentile methodology whereby different weightage is given to various aspects of a skill.

IRISTECH is continuously upgraded and additions are made regularly for all new technology areas as well as version changes.

Stringent screening methodology

Iris follows a stringent technical evaluation process whereby a prospective employee has to go through 6 screening evaluations before selection.

The sales and recruiting team at iris Software is technically qualified with most of them having formal degrees in Engineering. The team has a relevant experience in the IT industry and is well versed with the various aspects of the industry, both consulting and project services.
