Noida, 22 October, 2026: Iris Software Inc., a leading technology services and consulting company, has launched the Iris Young Minds Initiative, a new CSR program focused on promoting mental wellness and emotional resilience among students across Delhi-NCR.
The initiative aims to reach 4,000 students across government and private schools in Noida and the wider NCR region, providing them with conversations, practical tools and guidance to better understand and manage stress, emotions and everyday challenges during their formative years.
The initiative is being delivered in partnership with Pragyata Foundation, an NGO working in the areas of mental wellness and life skills. Sessions will cover themes including emotional intelligence, managing emotions and relationships, gender sensitivity and inclusion, and stress management.
Sessions have kicked off across government and private schools, beginning with Mahamaya Balika Inter College and Ryan International School. More sessions are planned at schools including BLS World School and Bodhi Taru International School, as the program expands its reach.
Sharing the vision behind the initiative, Sharad Verma, VP & CHRO, Iris Software, said, “At Iris, our commitment to people extends beyond the workplace. Through the Iris Young Minds Initiative, we aim to help students navigate the pressures of their formative years, make mental wellbeing conversations more accessible, and build a sustained platform for young minds.”
Mamta Yadav, Founder & Chairperson, Pragyata Foundation, said, “When conversations around stress, emotions and wellbeing begin early, young people are better equipped to navigate challenges in healthier ways. We are delighted to partner with Iris Software to bring these important conversations to more students across Delhi-NCR.”
Experienced clinical psychologists are facilitating the sessions. Learnings will inform future expansion to more educational institutions and potentially include teacher-training and parent orientation programs, as Iris works to build a sustained platform for student mental wellness and emotional resilience.
