Beyond the usual Provident Fund contribution, we offer a range of retirals such as optional contributions to the Voluntary Provident Fund and National Pension System, enabling individuals to contribute more towards their retirement savings if they choose to do so. Employees receive gratuity payments whenever they separate from the company, in appreciation of their contribution to Iris.

We offer tax-saving flexi options to employees to help optimize their tax planning and maximize the take-home income. We also provide cab services to facilitate commuting to and from the office, ensuring convenience and comfort for employees.

Our Time-off policy enables employees to balance work and personal life. It covers:

  • Tenure-based earned leave (EL): Earned leave at Iris is tenure-based, meaning it increases as an employee’s tenure with Iris grows. Employees can earn up to a maximum of 26 days of EL in a year, and can use them for personal and medical exigencies.
  • Special leaves: All associates are eligible for two Special Leaves every financial year that can be availed on any two days of her/his choice. These optional leaves, based on regional preferences, help promote inclusion and diversity.

We have an equitable and inclusive approach to family support.

  • As part of our Returning Mothers Support program, we offer maternity leave benefits of eight months (two months more than the norm) along with flexible work options and a Nanny allowance.
  • Adoption & Paternity Leave provides essential time for adoptive and new parents to bond with their adopted/newborn child.

Our wellness leave policies are specially designed to help employees during difficult times such as miscarriage, bereavement, and a pandemic.
