Three Irisians Among India’s Top 100 Great People Managers

Three Irisians - Mohit Arora, Pradyumna Pujari, and Rekha Jain - have been recognized among India’s Top 100 Great People Managers 2026 by the Great Manager Institute (GMI) for their exceptional people leadership.

The Great Manager Institute's annual recognition celebrates managers who demonstrate strong leadership, build trust within their teams, and create an environment that enables people to perform, grow, and succeed. It evaluates managerial talent from organizations across industries and recognizes leaders who make a meaningful impact through the way they lead and develop their people.

This year's achievement marks a significant milestone for Iris. For the fourth consecutive year, three Iris people managers have earned a place in the reputed list, reflecting the strength of our leadership culture and focus on empathy, trust, collaboration, and growth.
