Iris Sponsors HOBY Student Leadership Seminar

Iris Software is pleased to support the next generation of youth leaders through a sponsorship donation to the Student Leadership Seminar of 2026 hosted by the Hugh O’Brian Youth (HOBY) leadership organization of Florida-West. HOBY runs these annual seminars in nearly every state in the U.S., bringing nominated high school sophomores from diverse backgrounds and communities to multi-day workshops to develop their leadership, awareness and collaboration skills.

Held on college or university campuses each spring and summer, the seminars enable students to experience college life, gain confidence, connect with peers, and unlock their leadership potential. The student-ambassadors learn about three phases of leadership – personal, group and service.

HOBY conducts student seminars throughout Florida. Iris’ donation as a program sponsor for this year’s West Florida event helped provide new shirts for the group, which have a unifying and positive impact. We are glad to support this charitable initiative that inspires personal growth, purpose and service in high school youth and helps develop the next generation of leaders.
