As Vice President, Financial Services, Major Clients, Manish is responsible for strengthening strategic client relationships and driving growth across Iris Software’s major financial services accounts.

He brings more than 21 years of leadership experience across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. Prior to joining Iris Software, he spent over 16 years at Wipro, where he led large business portfolios, cultivated CXO relationships, built high-performing teams and drove growth across global markets. His extensive experience in developing solutions and leading large-scale transformation initiatives spans Digital, Data, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Operations.

Manish is known for his results-oriented leadership, collaborative approach and commitment to fostering a culture of bold decision-making, integrity and continuous growth.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the National Institute of Technology, in Durgapur, India, and has completed Executive Leadership Programs at MIT and Harvard.

Beyond work, Manish enjoys reading, gardening, and playing volleyball.
