Ravi has over 30 years of experience in delivering technology solutions and has played key roles in managing large transformation initiatives using innovative technologies at several companies including Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, Nomura Securities, Lehman Brothers, Sapient, and I-flex Solutions.

Being CTO, Ravi also leads the horizontal practices including Data & Analytics, Cloud, Automation, and other emerging technologies.

Ravi holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.

As Vice President, Head of Marketing at Iris Software, James is responsible for driving business growth with marketing. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, field marketing and public relations, James has built his career on brand building, strategic communications and revenue acceleration from leading companies in the life sciences, technology and telecommunications industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in marketing and information systems from Fordham University.

As the controller of Iris, Navin is responsible for the financial operations of the company. He is a Finance specialist in the IT services space with 14 years in the industry. His credo is data-driven decision making.

Navin is a Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of experience with global companies in a variety of areas including financial strategy and decision support, financial planning, comp plan design, cash and forex management, budgeting and reporting, statutory and management accounting, business controls and financial risk management, statutory compliance, costing of services, implementation of financial processes and procedures, setting up and integration of international legal entities, tax planning and management, procurement and vendor negotiation.

Navin is also a Chartered Accountant, Management Accountant, Company Secretary, and an MBA graduate.

Navin enjoys time capsules in silence and personal development through understanding of self, observation and practice of meditation.

As Global Head of Financial Services Sales at Iris Software, Sameer is adding fresh momentum to the company’s growth engine with value-added initiatives on the back of domain experience and technology innovation.

An alum from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Sameer has more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry. Prior to joining Iris Software, he has had a successful career at a large technology services company, where he built its banking and financial services business. He has extensive experience in the financial services domain, leading sales, client engagement and management, go-to-market strategies, alliances, and analyst and advisor relationships.

Sanjiv, along with his co-founders Sunil Puri and Anil Apte, is responsible for driving sustainable corporate growth by making Iris Software a strategic business partner to our Fortune 1000 customers. In an industry where scale and profitability objectives of large IT providers have diluted the customer experience, Iris Software has created a niche in delivering complex software engineering initiatives across the digital value chain.

With more than 35 years of experience in the IT industry, Sanjiv’s strength lies in orchestrating all functions of the organization – Sales, Delivery, Practice, Marketing and Human Resources – to create a culture where the pursuit of excellence drives the growth of the organization.

A qualified chartered accountant, Sanjiv has a high signal-to-noise ratio that allows him extreme clarity into the task at hand.

Sanjiv was instrumental in incubating Friends of Seva Mandir and has served as a Board member for over 10 years. He is an avid yoga practitioner and a music buff. He creates playlists in his spare time and has some 40 playlists with more than 1,000 songs.

As one of the three founders of Iris Software, Sunil has focused on driving growth by constantly working to enhance client experiences. He has consciously deployed technology tools to help clients meet complex needs and succeed in those endeavors. Over the years, he has worked to expand the range of competencies at the company through various programs.

Ravi Chodagam is responsible for setting strategy and driving growth for the Enterprise Services business unit. Ravi brings more than 22 years of consulting, account management and sales experience in IT services. He has managed business units with P&L responsibilities, client relationships and delivery of big-ticket global transformation programs for Fortune 1000 customers by implementing digital technology solutions. He has cross-sector vertical market experience including in CPG, retail, logistics, travel & transportation, insurance, energy, manufacturing and financial services. Over his professional career, he has started and scaled up several businesses, set up new sales & delivery centers in North America, Europe and LatAm, grown industry verticals and managed business units.

Ravi has an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Kurukshetra University, India. His passions include landscape photography, cooking and tinkering with the latest technology gadgets.
