Named as one of the Leadership Factories of India

We are proud to announce that we have been certified as one of the “Leadership Factories of India” by the Great Manager Institute®. This recognition affirms our deep commitment to building a strong internal leadership pipeline and fostering a high-performance culture.

Following a rigorous evaluation based on the Leadership Capability Maturity Model (LCMM), Iris was selected among an elite group of 42 top-performing organizations across IT, manufacturing, BFSI, pharma, and services sectors.

The assessment measured leadership development maturity across four levels: informal, individual, incorporated, and integrated. It included:

• Phase 1: Submission of our Leadership Development framework, demonstrating alignment with succession planning and career growth.
• Phase 2: A panel review of our leadership programs and practices.

Our certification highlights the success of Iris’s leadership initiatives, including flagship programs like Top Gear, PM Certification, iElevate, iAccelerate, PowerUp, and LevelUp—each designed to empower leaders at all levels.
