This recognition is a testament to our longstanding commitment to offering a great workplace experience with an increased focus on gender parity and diversity. It reinforces our commitment to creating an environment where all employees can excel and drive their career growth and development.

Iris has made significant investments to develop an inclusive workplace culture for women. We aim to support their career advancement and propel more women associates into leadership positions. This commitment is evident in our flagship policies and initiatives, such as the Returning Mothers Support Program and iWIN (Iris Women Initiative Network).

In the last few months, iWIN has conducted workshops for women on health and wellness, work-life harmony, and communication skills. We plan more sessions to offer women associates the space to learn from each other, grow, and successfully navigate their professional journeys.
